Elena-Corina Radu is a facilitator of transformational experiences dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic inner nature. Her work focuses on creating reflective spaces where people can explore their inner world, gain clarity, and rediscover the natural sense of balance, creativity, and joy that often becomes obscured by limiting beliefs.
Although originally trained in psychology and psychotherapy, Elena-Corina gradually realised that traditional therapeutic frameworks did not fully capture the essence of the work she felt called to do. Rather than focusing primarily on identifying problems or correcting perceived deficiencies, her approach centres on facilitating meaningful inner experiences that allow people to reconnect with their inherent wholeness.
From her perspective, many of the difficulties people experience arise from deeply held beliefs that something within them is flawed or incomplete. These beliefs can quietly shape how individuals perceive themselves, their relationships, and their possibilities. By gently bringing awareness to these internal narratives, people often reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, freedom, and vitality.
For this reason, Elena-Corina prefers to describe herself not simply as a therapist, but as a facilitator of experiences that support a return to the Self. Her work invites individuals to rediscover their natural potential rather than striving to become something they are not.
Her practice is built around the concept she calls “Space for Meeting with the Self” — an environment designed to encourage reflection, presence, and authentic inner exploration.
A Lifelong Curiosity About People
Elena-Corina’s passion for understanding human experience began early in childhood.
Growing up, she spent long periods sitting on the windowsill of her home, observing people waiting at the nearby bus stop. Small gestures, fleeting expressions, and everyday interactions fascinated her. She would quietly imagine the stories behind these moments — where people were going, what they might be feeling, what conversations were unfolding between them.
This simple window became her first classroom.
It cultivated a deep curiosity about human behaviour and an openness that would later shape her professional path.
By adolescence this fascination had become a conscious pursuit. Elena-Corina chose to study psychology and began exploring the human mind through research, observation, and personal inquiry.
Over time she recognised that the constant thread guiding her life was an enduring interest in human evolution — the unfolding of awareness, understanding, and personal freedom.
Sound, Voice, and Inner Resonance
In recent years Elena-Corina has expanded her work to include sound facilitation and voice activation practices, recognising the profound role that sound and vibration play in human experience.
Through guided sound experiences, participants are invited to explore their own voice as an instrument of expression, awareness, and inner connection. These practices create a space where individuals can reconnect with their natural resonance, release tension held in the body and nervous system, and access deeper states of presence and emotional clarity.
Sound work complements her broader facilitation approach by engaging not only the intellectual mind but also the sensory and experiential dimensions of human awareness.
The Work Today
Today Elena-Corina Radu facilitates personal transformation experiences that help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and access deeper levels of awareness and inner alignment.
Her work integrates psychological insight, experiential practices, and sound-based facilitation to support:
- deeper self-awareness
- emotional clarity and balance
- personal transformation
- access to inner creativity, vitality, and joy
Through workshops, individual sessions, and collaborative facilitation, she creates environments where people can experience meaningful moments of self-recognition and inner reconnection.
For Elena-Corina, personal development is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who we already are.
